Who am I
An experienced designer interested in FinTech and innovation — originally from Singapore, now based in Sydney, Australia.
I've worked across the spectrum, from startups and agencies to large corporations, telcos and banks. I believe technology has the potential to change the world for the better, and that careful consideration must go into the design of our digital infrastructure so that basic human rights and values — privacy, freedom of speech, economic freedom — are preserved.
I specialise in the end-to-end design and delivery of complex web applications and systems, including deep-tech domains. I apply design thinking, coupled with solid IT principles, to design far-reaching systems that benefit the world while achieving business and organisational goals.
How I work
My process
Honed over years of practice, my process borrows from design thinking, lean/agile delivery, continuous integration and design ops — now supercharged with AI agentic workflows — and yields measurable results in the leanest manner possible.

Requirements gathering
Understand the problem, identify business goals and pain points, and quantify success. We snapshot current metrics for comparison and run a kick-off workshop where every voice is heard.

Research / discovery
Talk with users, design and run surveys, and build personas the team can rally around. Competitor and market analysis sharpen the wider product vision and surface gaps in the market.

Information architecture
Map the current 'AS IS' state via architecture diagrams, workflows and user journeys. Systems and functionality are ranked by importance and usage to get everyone aligned on where we're going.

Workflow design & wireframing
Define the 'TO BE' sitemap and customer journeys, then get wireframes and prototypes into users' hands. We iterate on feedback in design sprints, staying a few sprints ahead of development.

Visual design
Define the design language, look and feel. Style guides, moodboards and a coherent design system get applied across the wireframes.
- 06
Development / integration
Hand off via Figma / Zeplin / Framer, collaborate closely with developers, run QA and multi-factor testing, and gather feedback from live production. When the whole team votes it's ready, we ship.

AI agentic workflows
I orchestrate AI agents throughout delivery — agentic coding loops that turn designs into working software, automated QA passes, and production workflows (RAG pipelines, lead-gen automations) that keep working for the business after launch. It's how a one-person studio ships at team speed.
